Which method to choose?
Tabs are better suited for people who want to keep their nails for an evening, an event, or a weekend as they can last up to 48 hours.
The glue, on the other hand, provides a hold for up to 4 weeks of tranquility!
How to apply them?
- Choose the right size: the press-on nail should perfectly cover the natural nail from edge to edge
- Trim the natural nails so that they are all the same length (as short as possible without causing injury)
- Gently push back the cuticles with the provided cuticle stick
- Lightly mattify the surface of the natural nail with the provided buffer to remove any shine (skip this step, and do not touch your nails afterward!)
- Clean natural nails with the provided wipes
- Choose and apply the stickers on your natural nails (they should not exceed the nail edge) and massage the nail for a few seconds to activate the adhesive (you can also use a hairdryer to heat the adhesive)
OR
- Add one or two good drops of glue on the nail and spread it with the tip of the glue tube
- Apply the fake nail at a 45° angle starting from the cuticles, being careful not to create bubbles, and press it down for about 10 seconds
- Avoid getting your hands wet for at least 3 hours after application!
How to take them off?
- Soak your hands in warm water mixed with olive oil and dish soap for about 5 minutes for tabs and 25 minutes for glue
-
Use the provided cuticle stick to gently peel off the fake nail by sliding towards the cuticles and under the edges without forcing, to avoid damaging your nails
- Use cuticle oil and massage if it's still firmly attached, then soak in warm water again
- File and buff the nail lightly to remove any remaining glue and apply cuticle oil
- Remove the tabs from the press-on nails OR
- File down the remaining glue on the press-on nail with a nail file or more easily with a nail drill, or use a brush and acetone on the back of the press-on nail to remove the glue (be very careful not to use too much acetone as it may melt the press-on nail)
Once you've removed your nails, you can store them in their box until their next use!
Avoid!
- Using nails as tools (opening cans, pressing buttons, etc.)
- Taking excessively long baths, using water that is too hot, or exposing the nails to prolonged moisture
- Cleaning or doing dishes without wearing gloves
Take care of your nails, and you'll be able to reuse them endlessly!
